CATHY VEE has been involved in the staffing industry since 1976 as an owner of three successful staffing firms, and in management roles with two of the top ten staffing companies in the country. After she sold her last staffing firm to a major ‘national’, she stayed on to manage their #1 Branch Operation which was recognized for achieving the highest percent of profits to sales for that company!
Since 1992, Cathy has trained and consulted with all types of staffing clients, (more than 700 worldwide), training over 12,000 industry professionals along the way. She is one of the industry’s most highly respected consultants & trainers, and a renowned presenter and industry expert featured numerous times at industry trade events hosted by the American Staffing Association, NAPS and others.
Cathy is a renowned industry innovator and in addition to presenting numerous comprehensive webinar programs throughout the years, she has written several major staffing manuals including Medical Staffing Start-Up, Home Care Staffing Start-Up, Medical Recruiter, Trainer The Trainer ToolKit, Onsite VOP Manager’s ToolKit, and The Government Contracting Manual.
Her International Staffing University, located in beautiful seaside Orange County, California, provides "simply the best" training programs – campus and web classes - designed for staffing industry professionals wishing to become superstars in management, sales, staffing, recruiting and other industry roles.
Cathy is especially is known for her high energy approach to training, and her "nuts & bolts" practical and up-to-date ideas for achieving pinnacle success in staffing. Her program on Sales and Value-Added Customer Service was rated #1 at the NATSS convention.
In 2000, Cathy developed and starred in the highly acclaimed STAFFING MILLENNIUM video training series consisting of four volumes – Sales, Staffing, Recruiting and Branch Management – which teach staffing professionals the best staffing practices that she has learned and applied over her, now, 34 years in staffing.

JONATHAN PAUL is a staffing professional and consultant/trainer, formerly principal of CU Staffing and Career Partners (outplacement consultant firm). Jon joined Seminars By The Sea - International Staffing University in January 1998 and currently consults and manages the internal operations and marketing.
